Constraints & Opportunities
The existing office building required a contemporary upgrade to improve presentation, tenant amenity and market competitiveness. Its location within Parramatta’s growing commercial centre presented a strong opportunity to enhance street presence, modernise the building identity and strengthen engagement with surrounding pedestrian activity.

Design Strategy
The architectural design transforms the arrival experience through a refined new lobby with upgraded finishes, lighting and spatial planning. New external cladding to the tower provides a more contemporary and welcoming identity, while the ground floor interface is revitalised to improve streetscape activation. Upgraded common areas, shared facilities and improved tenant amenities support contemporary workplace expectations and enhance functionality for tenants and visitors.

Approval Pathway
The project was assessed via the Development Application pathway through parramatta City Council. The project required coordination with the client, builder Lipman, consultants and approval authorities to support a well-resolved commercial refurbishment outcome.
